There is no charge for overdue books---only lost and damaged material. The library word of the month is Dewey Decimal System.  Students are invited to participate in several literacy programs, including Accelerated Reader, Children's Book Week, Book Fair Activities, Read Across America, and the state reading lists--Show Me (1-3), Mark Twain (4-6), and Truman (6-8) Awards.
